Other Rules- The person who books the apartment must be the person who pays, this person must be present at check in and during the stay unless special written agreement between us, identity control will be done.
- Visitors allowed in the apartment and social area with agreement of the host, they have to be registered at least 24 hours before visit.
- Guest have a credit of 30 kw/h of electricity per day included in the price, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD).

Omoefe, September 2023: I can't speak highly enough in regards to my stay here. Felt extremely welcomed by host and staff members. It also resonated a homely feel met with very nice outdoor activities. Would definitely love to stay here again at some point upon my return to DR. Highly recommend to all those interested in staying here.

Raema, April 2023: The apartment was very clean,well equipped and the decorations give you a luxury type of experience. The Domirental team, property manager was available for all my needs concerning the apartment and edifice, had great communication with them especially with Joan. The employees working at this Torre were very nice to us. I would definitely recommend this place.
