The Residence is quiet and secure, several lounge chairs and outside sitting area on the terrace. Several parking places in front of the house.

Quiet residence nearby the private arena blanca beach accessible by car in a few mn, where are located the main hotels of Bavaro Punta Cana. Mini market Franyelis and italian restaurant casa Galicia 500meters 2mn driving at the residencial nearby.
Mini market D’sol, restaurants Herman 311 bar and Casino night club /Avalon 1.5 kms.
Many others av Alemania at 5km 10 mn driving and several malls with supermarket, restaurants, bars, shopping and movie theater, Plaza San Juan shopping center and down town center, 12 kms 15 mn driving.

- Visitors allowed in the apartment and social area with agreement of the host, they have to be registered at least 24 hours before visit.
- Guest have a credit of 75 kw/h of electricity per day included in the price, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD).
