You can book online directly, your account will be open anyway, you will receive an email with your user and password. it will help later to follow up your reservation. It’s also useful if you would like to add favorites listings in your account and come back to them later

You have several ways, click on Chat online on the website and you will be in contact with a manager who will usually answer in a few minutes. You can also send a form contact by email, you will get an answer in the next 12 hours.

Search the homepage by filling in at least the destination you are interested in and the number of guests. In the next page fill in the dates.
You can then refine your search using the proposed ads and the map that allows you to locate the properties.

Click on the heart that appears on the picture of the ad, you can then find the ad in your account.

Log in to your account then click on “My FAVORITES”.

When you open a page of a listing that you want to book, click on “INSTANT BOOK”, then follow the instructions. :

You can edit your profile from the “My Profile” menu in the menu of your account.

Do not worry, there is no doubtful listing on this site. All properties are verified by our Vacation Rentals Managers who are in constant contact with the owners

You can pay securely the amount of your booking directly on the site by debit, credit card. You can also pay by transfer. For this you will be offered to contact our services directly. In this case your reservation will be effective once we will get confirmation of your transfer. Your listing will be blocked for you when we will receive the deposit.

You will be able to get in touch with us after your reservation becomes effective and after you will receive the arrival instructions.

Log in to your account, in your menu find “my reservations”.

To find the reference of your reservation, go to the summary of your stay available in the “My Reservations” section of your account.

Yes if your reservation is made more than 60 days in advance and if the total amount to pay is superior to 1000 USD. In this case a payment of 40% plus registration fees will be required. If your reservation is made less than 2 months in advance you will have to pay the entire booking amount. Pls contact our services for payment in 2 times.

The payment of the deposit will be requested before your check in.

You can cancel your reservation at any time. If this occurs more than one months before the start of the stay, the deposit paid will be refunded after deduction of the service fees. If it occurs within 30 days of the start of your stay, 40 % of the deposit paid at the date of the cancelation will not be refunded. If it occurs within 8 days of the start of your stay, the deposit paid at the date of the cancelation will not be refunded. We advise you to subscribe your own cancellation policy. If you do not show up at check in within 24 hours, your reservation will be considered canceled and the deposit paid will not be refunded.

Send us a message here and we will make an appointment with you, video call or phone call if you are not on site, we will visit your property and we will send you a property management contract to sign. All this can be done in 48 hours and your home can be online in the next 48 hours, so the total process will only take a few days.

First open your account by clicking on Sign up at the top right of the homepage. Once your account open, log in to your account, click on your profil and open the menu. Then click on “new listing”. Once in the menu just follow the instructions to create step by step your listing.

The publication of a listing is free, just the bookings are charged. The costs are covered by guests who book a home and pay a service fee. This is the cost of the website itself, its will help to maintain and develop it. Any other property management contract signed with our property management services has to be paid separately per booking whatever is the platform that guests used. Ask an appointment with one of our partner for more informations.

To create a seasonal rate, go to the “My LISTINGS” menu, click on the listing and click on “Calendar”. The “Seasonal Rates” section allows you to set specific rates for certain periods of the year by using the input form.

Your ad will be visible by potential tenants within a period of up to 48 hours after you save your listing, the time by our service to ensure that everything is done to accommodate tenants in the best conditions.

We take care of answering all requests from guests. Once the reservation is made, we send them the arrival instructions and you just have to host them on site. We also take care of publication on other platforms, check in, check out, cleaning and maintenance if you have signed a property management contract with us.

To change your details, go to the menu “My Profile”.

To find your password, click on the link «Forgot your password? In the “Connection” section. After entering your email address, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

To edit your listing, click on the “My listings” menu and click on “Edit my ad”. The changes will be visible in a few hours,
