Neighborhood description: Neighborhood : great location Bella Vista beside Piantini and near MMirador Sur park for walking, jogging or biking. Proximity of all the city center can offer, Malls where you will find bars and restaurants, Down Town Center Mall only 550 meters, 7 mn walking, Cinema, Shopping great restaurants etc…. 2 supermarkets around, La Sirena and Carrefour market. A bunch of restaurants of all kind av Nunez de Caceres nearby, 5 mn driving to Malecon and 15 mn to Colonial zone for tourism and night life.

Getting around:
The best transport in the capital is Uber, metro and bus. You can also rent a car at the airport nearby 30 mn driving, there is a parking place underground in the building with the apt.

Other Rules- The person who books the apartment must be the person who pays, this person must be present at check in and during the stay unless special written agreement between us, identity control will be done.
- Visitors allowed in the apartment and social area with agreement of the host, they have to be registered at least 24 hours before visit.
- Guest have a credit of 30 kw/h of electricity per day included in the price, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD).

🌎 No A/C running with windows open.
- For monthly rental guests have to pay their consumption of electricity prepayment deposit of 150 USD has to be paid separately before check in.

- This apartment is in a gated and guarded community and identity documents are required to register guests and visitors.

Xavier, April 2023: Had an awesome time staying at Domirental’s place! Communication/check in were on point and seamless. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood, the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
