MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR TIME – NO PLANS NO WORRIES! Staying so close to the beach will allow you to spend less time planning and more time enjoying your vacation. There is even an on-site restaurant and bar conveniently located right below the apartment with daily lunches and fresh juices to enjoy.
KEEP EVERYONE HAPPY: This apartment lets everyone in your group ride their own wave. Whether you want some beach action, a bite to eat or just to chill by the pool, it will all be easy because the apartment is located at the center of it all.
PRIVATE BEACH: Just in front of the apartment you will have your own private beach with plenty of palapas and lounge chairs for you to relax. You can play games like beach volleyball or if you prefer you can just lay in the sun and enjoy the afternoon sea breeze.
Feel free to leave your sandals at home because you will enjoy the amazing feature that both the coral sand on the beach and the coral tiles around the pool stay cool even on the sunniest of days.
Guest access: All our guests will enjoy access to the beautifully designed Stanza Mare community with 24 hour security, large pool, and the largest private beach in the area with plenty of palapas and lounge chairs. The apartment also comes with 2 parking spots.

Front beach residence, mn walking from restaurants, groceries and shopping of Plaza Turquesa, no need a car. A few mn driving from two other malls, Palma real (currently under renovation), San Juan and Down Town center.

We can manage your transportation from the airport 35 USD each way, we will provide a guide book with our recommendations , shopping, breakfast, restaurants, rental car, eco tour etc… and a contact to organize your excursions and adventures. We have also an excellent Chef who can provide breakfast or diner for at least 4 people, this service is on demand only and will be charge separately by the Chef.

- Visitors allowed in the apartment and social area with agreement of the host, they have to be registered at least 24 hours before visit.
- Guest have a credit of 75 kw/h of electricity per day included in the price, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD).
🍃♻️ 🌎 avoid excessive consumption put off A/C and light when you go out or are not in a room.
🌎 No A/C running with windows open.
- For monthly rental guests have to pay their consumption of electricity prepayment deposit of 500 USD has to be paid separately before check in.
- Due to allergies we are unable to host animals
- This apartment is in a gated and guarded community and identity documents are required to register guests and visitors
