Many groceries, restaurants and shopping are located 2 mn walking distance at Plaza turquesa. You have also 2 other malls, with restaurants, shopping at 5 mn driving and the wonderful Cocotal Golf country club for Golf amateurs. Entire apartment, pool of the residence and the wonderful Bavaro beach at less then 100 meters accessible in 2 minutes with private entrance.
Neighborhood description:
Residence almost on the Bavaro beach, 2 mn walking, 2/3 mn walking to restaurants, groceries and shopping of Plaza turquesa, no need a car. A few mn driving to other malls, included San Juan and Down Town center both with Supermarket.
Our special services for you:
We can manage your transportation from the airport 35 USD each way, we will provide a guide book with our recommendations , shopping, breakfast, restaurants, rental car, eco tour etc… and a contact to organize your excursions and adventures. We have also an excellent Chef who can provide breakfast or diner for at least 2 people, this service is on demand only and will be charge separately by the Chef.

- Visitors allowed in the apartment and social area with agreement of the host, they have to be registered at least 24 hours before visit.
- Guest have a credit of 30 kw/h of electricity per day included in the price, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD).

- For monthly rental guests have to pay their consumption of electricity prepayment deposit of 150 USD has to be paid separately before check in.

- This apartment is in a gated and guarded community and identity documents are required to register guests and visitors.
