For stays of 8 nights or less, your nightly rate includes electricity consumption up to 25 kWh/day.
For stays of 9 nights or more, guests pay for their actual electricity consumption at US$0.39/kWh. An initial electricity deposit of USD 250 per month, prorated according to the length of stay, is required before check-in.

You can cancel your reservation at any time. If this occurs more than one months before the start of the stay, the deposit paid will be refunded after deduction of the service fees. If it occurs within 30 days of the start of your stay, 40 % of the deposit paid at the date of the cancelation will not be refunded. If it occurs within 8 days of the start of your stay, the deposit paid at the date of the cancelation will not be refunded. We advise you to subscribe your own cancellation policy. If you do not show up at check in within 24 hours, your reservation will be considered canceled and the deposit paid will not be refunded.

> 8 days and < 30 days before check in, deposit is refunded minus 40 %

- Only guests registered at booking and check in have access to the pool.
- Visitors allowed with agreement of the host only, resort gated and guarded
-For stays of 8 nights or less, electricity is included with daily allowance up to 25 kWh/day for this property.
- Please keep the A/C at 24°C (75°F) or higher and turn off the A/C and lights when leaving the property. Excessive electricity usage beyond the included allowance may be charged at US$0.39/kWh.
- For stays of 9 nights or more, electricity is not included and is paid by the guest according to actual consumption at US$0.39/kWh.
- An initial electricity deposit of USD 200 for a monthly stay, prorated according to the duration of the reservation, must be paid before check-in. The electricity meter is recorded at check-in and again at check-out. The final amount is calculated according to actual consumption, and any difference is settled after check-out.

- This apartment is in a gated and guarded community and identity documents (passport for non-residents) are required to register guests and visitors.
