Cancelation policy Domirental
You can cancel your reservation at any time. If this occurs more than one months before the start of the stay, the deposit paid will be refunded after deduction of the service fees. If it occurs within 30 days of the start of your stay, 40 % of the deposit paid at the date of the cancelation will not be refunded. If it occurs within 8 days of the start of your stay, the deposit paid at the date of the cancelation will not be refunded. We advise you to subscribe your own cancellation policy. If you do not show up at check in within 24 hours, your reservation will be considered canceled and the deposit paid will not be refunded.

> 8 days and < 30 days before check in, deposit is refunded minus 40 %

- Only guests registered at booking and check in have access to the pool.
- Visitors allowed with agreement of the owner only, resort gated and guarded
- For short term rental guest have to pay electricity before check in, a deposit of 25 USD per day will be required, guests have a credit of 75 kw/h per night, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD). ♻️ 🌎 Remember to put off A/C and light when you go out or are not in a room, 🌎 no A/C running with windows open.
For a monthly rental guests have to pay their consumption, security deposit 500 USD will be requested.
Payment has to be done by Airbnb payment request.
