Neighborhood description
Residence close to the Bavaro. Beach, 2 mn walking, 2/3 mn walking from restaurants, groceries and shopping of Plaza turquesa, no need a car. A few mn driving to other malls, included San Juan and Down Town center both with Supermarket.
Getting around
We can manage your transportation for 35 USD each way or you can use regular taxi or Uber from the airport. We recommend using our transportation, a driver will wait for you with a sign at your name at the exit of the Airport and will drop you exactly on the right place. An easy way to facilitate your arrival.

- The person who books the apartment must be the person who pays, this person must be present at check in and during the stay unless special written agreement between us, identity control will be done.
- Visitors allowed in the apartment and social area with agreement of the host, they have to be registered at least 24 hours before visit.
- Guest have a credit of 30 kw/h of electricity per day included in the price, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD).

- For monthly rental guests have to pay their consumption of electricity prepayment deposit of 150 USD has to be paid separately before check in.
