Other Rules- The person who books the apartment must be the person who pays, this person must be present at check in and during the stay unless special written agreement between us, identity control will be done.
- Visitors allowed in the apartment and social area with agreement of the host, they have to be registered at least 24 hours before visit.
- Guest have a credit of 30 kw/h of electricity per day included in the price, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD).

Yassir, July 2022: Excellent apartment, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated, I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. It has a good location allowed me to easily move to my destinations. The property management team Domirental attention was top notch, always available for any questions or needs. I would stay again in this apartment for being the best and I recommend it 200%!

Randall, January 2023: Great stay. We spent 5 months here and it was amazing. Great location, awesome pool and gym. Joan is very helpful and quick to respond. You are located right near the heart of Santo Domingo. Bravo and Sirena are within a short walking distance in addition to Blue Mall, Acropolis, and Plaza Central. We will be returning later this year!
