The apartment is at walking distance from Galeria 360 mall where you will find many cafes bars restaurants of all kind, supermarket, cinema and shopping. it’s also located at less then 10 mn by car from any other attraction of the city center like other Malls; agora mall, Blue mall, Acropolis mall, with many bars and restaurants, shopping. a metro station is at one block (metro is very safe in sd). botanical garden is nearby as well, all other attractions from old city « Zona Colonial » and Malecon less then 15/20 mn by car.

Other Rules- The person who books the apartment must be the person who pays, this person must be present at check in and during the stay unless special written agreement between us, identity control will be done.
- Visitors allowed in the apartment and social area with agreement of the host, they have to be registered at least 24 hours before visit.
- Guest have a credit of 75 kw/h of electricity per day included in the price, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD).

Edward, July 2023: Strategically located flat, conveniently close to lot of shops, stores, and quick access to several important roads and streets. Nice building, well maintained, and the gym was cool. Security is at top.

Stefania, December 2022: I highly recommend this apartment to anyone: families, couples, singles! Central location is amazing. It is close to the biggest malls and nicest restaurants, right downtown. The building has a nice pool and a very nice children play area. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is very comfortable and clean. It has a beautiful view of the city skyline. Domirental team, the property Managers were incredibly responsive and answered all my questions fast. I went with my sister and 2 kids and enjoyed our almost one month stay. We wanted to stay longer! The kitchen is well equipped and it has a water heater and washer and dryer. The bedrooms were quite comfortable with A/C units. When we come back we hope to stay in this place again.
