Apartment located in Piantini, nearby all attractions in the city center a few mn walking from Acropolis and Blue malls where you will find many cafes bars restaurants of all kind.
Also at walking distance from many restaurants, several at less then 2 blocks: la dolcerie, la cassina, don pepe, okra, laurel sophia bar & grill (sbg), loretta , pepperoni. supermercado bravo and supermercado nacional a few mn driving. all other attractions from old city « zona colonial » , malecon and botanical garden less then 15/20 mn by car or uber.
Getting around
Uber is the best to access to the apartment and move in the city, if you rent a car, one private parking place is available in the building

You can cancel your reservation at any time. If this occurs more than one months before the start of the stay, the deposit paid will be refunded after deduction of the service fees. If it occurs within 30 days of the start of your stay, 40 % of the deposit paid at the date of the cancelation will not be refunded. If it occurs within 8 days of the start of your stay, the deposit paid at the date of the cancelation will not be refunded. We advise you to subscribe your own cancellation policy. If you do not show up at check in within 24 hours, your reservation will be considered canceled and the deposit paid will not be refunded.

- The person who books the apartment must be the person who pays, this person must be present at check in and during the stay unless special written agreement between us, identity control will be done.
- Visitors allowed in the apartment and social area with agreement of the host, they have to be registered at least 24 hours before visit.
- Guest have a credit of 30 kw/h of electricity per day included in the price, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD).

- For monthly rental guests have to pay their consumption of electricity prepayment deposit of 150 USD has to be paid separately before check in.
