Great view on the lush nature and golf. Outstanding apartment very well equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms
For 6 people, ideal for a family or 2/3 couples.
Outstanding new condo with a large terrace and yard with outside furnitures in front of the living. Modern kitchen well equipped and laundry with washer dryer. One terrace with dining for 6 and a second terrace with armchairs in front of the master. The condo is surrounded by a private yard just a few steps to the pool. Enjoy the wonderful Iberostate Golf Course and the turquoise water of the Caribbean sea a few mn away at the free Beach club.

Guests access: Entire condo, pool, tennis, kids area, Iberostate residence free Beach Club.
Golf course green fee will be charged 75 USD. You can buy daily pass from Iberostar hotels to enjoy hotels amenities from 11 am to 6 pm (the daily pass is 50 USD per day and per person for Bavaro hotel and 100 USD per day and per person for Grand Hotel. You will have to manage this directly with the hotel. It’s about 5 mn by golf cart that you can order to the hotel, depends on availability.
Golf car available for rent on site.

Neighborhood:The residence is surrounding by the pool, tennis court and the golf course. View on the golf course from the terrace and the yard. The beach Club is at a 15 mn walking distance. The club house is a few steps away with a snack bar service. All inclusive service available on demand at the Iberostar hotels nearby (cf. details in description) . Golf carts available for rent 350 USD per week.

Our special services for you:
We can manage your transportation from the airport 35 USD each way, we will provide a guide book with our recommendations , shopping, breakfast, restaurants, rental car, eco tour etc… and a contact to organize your excursions and adventures. We have also an excellent Chef who can provide breakfast or diner for at least 4 people, this service is on demand only and will be charge separately by the Chef.

Other Rules- The person who books the apartment must be the person who pays, this person must be present at check in and during the stay unless special written agreement between us, identity control will be done.
- Visitors allowed in the apartment and social area with agreement of the host, they have to be registered at least 24 hours before visit.
- Guest have a credit of 75 kw/h of electricity per day included in the price, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD).
🍃♻️ 🌎 avoid excessive consumption put off A/C and light when you go out or are not in a room.
🌎 No A/C running with windows open.
- For monthly rental guests have to pay their consumption of electricity prepayment deposit of 500 USD has to be paid separately before check in.
- Due to allergies we are unable to host animals
- This apartment is in a gated and guarded community and identity documents are required to register guests and visitors.

Camilia, July 2023: The place is out of a magazine. Beautiful, modern and offers everything you need. The first swimming pool is just 20 seconds walking distance and the second one is only a minute. The place feels private and exclusive. The beach is 14 minute walk, very pleasant and you can be lucky enough to see a golf cart and ask for a ride, everyone was super kind. Domirental team was always replying to our messages super fast. Would definitely recommend this place. Private paradise.

Mauricio, January. 2023: An amazing place, the apartment is very nice and very well kept, it has a very large garden and is practically next to the pool. The beach area is very comfortable, however it is far walking. The complex in general is very nice. A place I would come back to in a heartbeat
