Great open space with kitchen, dining and living, large window and balcony with view on the city, floating ceiling. 1 bedroom with king size bed, TV and NNetflix, A/C in every room, bathroom and walk in closet en suite + entrance with guest bathroom, washer dryer, kitchen very well equipped, safe in the walk in closet. Residence with services, Gym and pool, massages and Sauna on appointment (charged), cafe with Snacks first floor.

Neighborhood description: Apartment located in the heart of Piantini, nearby all attractions in the City Center a few mn walking from Acropolis and Blue Malls where you will find many cafes bars restaurants of all kind. Also at walking distance from many restaurants, several at less then 2 blocks: la Dolcerie, la Cassina, Don Pepe, Laurel, Sophia bar & grill (SBG), Loretta , Pepperoni. Supermercado Bravo and Supermercado Nacional a few mn driving. All other attractions from old city « Zona colonial » , Malecon and Botanical garden less then 15/20 mn by car or Uber.

Getting around:
Uber is the best to access to the apartment and move in the city, if you rent a car, one private parking place is available in the building

Other Rules- The person who books the apartment must be the person who pays, this person must be present at check in and during the stay unless special written agreement between us, identity control will be done.
- Visitors allowed in the apartment and social area with agreement of the host, they have to be registered at least 24 hours before visit.
- Guest have a credit of 30 kw/h of electricity per day included in the price, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD).

🌎 No A/C running with windows open.
- For monthly rental guests have to pay their consumption of electricity prepayment deposit of 150 USD has to be paid separately before check in.

Corine, September 2023: Secure building, great location, large apartment with comfortable bed and sofa. Strong wifi and tv is connected to Netflix. The balcony area is terrific place for having morning coffee. Soap, shampoo, body wash, coffee and water was provided by the thoughtful host, Domirental property management team. Recommend staying here.
