Amazing new Penthouse 2 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms with a large furnished roof top terrace with Jacuzzi, hammock, sitting and dining, pool and Golf course view. Modern kitchen well equipped with washer dryer. Very quiet terrace with view on the pool and the yard. Enjoy the wonderful Cana Bay Golf course and the turquoise water of the Caribbean sea a few mn away at the beach club.

Being Guests at Coral Bay residence give access to its private beach “Cana Bay”. Cana bay is a premium Beach Club with a great infinity pool, its located in an amazing beach and its turquoise waters at 1700 meters from Cana Bay Residence. The access is charged per day, 25 USD for adults and 10 USD for kids, all kind of consumptions at the beach club are deductible from this flat fee. For longer stay, beach Club may accept a discounted fee. There is no other access to the beach for now.

Guests who consider to go to the casino have access to Hard Rock Hotel commercial Avenue and its restaurants and shopping. Some restaurants are reserved for hotel guests, some others no, ask before to seat in any restaurant

Coral Bay Residence is located in the Hard Rock Complex in Punta Cana where is located a Golf Course and its Club House, Tennis courts, Cana Bay Beach Club at about 1500 meters and its bar/restaurant (22 mn walking distance). Hard Rock hotel Commercial Avenue with its restaurants and shoping is at about 500 meters, 7 mn walking distance. If you wish to experience other gastronomic restaurants you will need a transportation. Noah is located at 17 kms, 18 mn. SBG 26 km 22 mn.
Getting around
We can manage your transportation for 35 USD each way, or you can use regular taxi or Uber from the airport. Punta Cana extends over nearly 35 kms, from the Airport to Macao Beach, there is not really a City Center, therefore to fully enjoy the benefits of Punta Cana, we recommend to rent a car at the airport. You can also use Uber or rent a car at Melo Rentals, Av Alemania, it may be more affordable.

You can cancel your reservation at any time. If this occurs more than one months before the start of the stay, the deposit paid will be refunded after deduction of the service fees. If it occurs within 30 days of the start of your stay, 40 % of the deposit paid at the date of the cancelation will not be refunded. If it occurs within 8 days of the start of your stay, the deposit paid at the date of the cancelation will not be refunded. We advise you to subscribe your own cancellation policy. If you do not show up at check in within 24 hours, your reservation will be considered canceled and the deposit paid will not be refunded.

- The person who books the apartment must be the person who pays, this person must be present at check in and during the stay unless special written agreement between us, identity control will be done.
- Visitors allowed in the apartment and social area with agreement of the host, they have to be registered at least 24 hours before visit.
- Guest have a credit of 45 kw/h of electricity per day included in the price, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD).
