Residence almost on the Bavaro beach, 70 meters walking, 2/3 mn walking from restaurants, groceries and shopping of Plaza Turquesa, no need a car. A few mn driving to other malls, included San Juan and Down Town center both with Supermarket. Read our Punta Cana guide for more recommendations.

We can manage your transportation from the airport 35 USD each way, we will provide a guide book with our recommendations , shopping, breakfast, restaurants, rental car, eco tour etc… and a contact to organize your excursions and adventures. We have also an excellent Chef who can provide breakfast or diner for at least 4 people, this service is on demand only and will be charge separately by the Chef.

Other Rules- The person who books the apartment must be the person who pays, this person must be present at check in and during the stay unless special written agreement between us, identity control will be done.
- Visitors allowed in the apartment and social area with agreement of the host, they have to be registered at least 24 hours before visit.
- Guest have a credit of 45 kw/h of electricity per day included in the price, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD).

🌎 No A/C running with windows open.
- For monthly rental guests have to pay their consumption of electricity prepayment deposit of 300 USD has to be paid separately before check in.

Sandra, July 2023: This place is amazing. New everything and very clean. William our host from Domirental was very professional and easy to find if you need to talk to him. The walk to the beach is painless and easy since is very close. We really had an amazing experience. Lots of restaurants and night activities around the area. Very safe. We will come back.

Dhruvi, May 2023: The property is very nice and lives up to the pictures. It is well equipped (from all the cooking utensils you'd need to a good iron etc), well ventilated and very clean. It's in a safe neighbourhood with security at the front. The pool, balcony, and private entrance to the beach are also a huge plus which we enjoyed using. William, from Domirental Property Management team went the extra mile to check us in and when we experienced internet problems (through no fault of the host!), was very responsive and attentive. We fully recommend this property!

Katie, April 2023: Love LOVED this place!!! Our first time in DR and couldn't have asked for a better place. 1 minute from the beach, tons of restaurants, and the friendliest locals near by. Beautiful new apartment. Check in was very easy. Only about a 20-25 minute ride from the airport. We loved the private pool and quick access to the beach. I can't wait to come back here in the future. 10/10.
