Cancelation policy Domirental

You can cancel your reservation at any time. If this occurs more than one months before the start of the stay, the deposit paid will be refunded after deduction of the service fees. If it occurs within 30 days of the start of your stay, 40 % of the deposit paid at the date of the cancelation will not be refunded. If it occurs within 8 days of the start of your stay, the deposit paid at the date of the cancelation will not be refunded. We advise you to subscribe your own cancellation policy. If you do not show up at check in within 24 hours, your reservation will be considered canceled and the deposit paid will not be refunded.

> 30 days before check in, deposit is refunded minus service fee.
> 8 days and < 30 days before check in, deposit is refunded minus 40 %
< 8 days before check, no refund

For stays of 8 nights or less, your nightly rate includes electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day.
For stays of 9 nights or more, guests pay for their actual electricity consumption at US$0.39/kWh. An initial electricity deposit of USD 200 per month, prorated according to the length of stay, is required before check-in.

We can manage your transportation from the airport 35 USD each way, we will provide a guide book with our recommendations , shopping, breakfast, restaurants, rental car, eco tour etc... and a contact to organize your excursions and adventures.

Gated and guarded community 24/7, many excursions to do around like Catalina island, the caves ” las maravillas” national park or Altos de Chavon .
