Other Rules- The person who books the apartment must be the person who pays, this person must be present at check in and during the stay unless special written agreement between us, identity control will be done.
- Visitors allowed in the apartment and social area with agreement of the host, they have to be registered at least 24 hours before visit.
- Guest have a credit of 30 kw/h of electricity per day included in the price, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD).

- For monthly rental guests have to pay their consumption of electricity prepayment deposit of 150 USD has to be paid separately before check in.

Nicole, March 2023: Beautiful space, great location close to two supermarkets and the mall. The pool was perfect to cool off and enjoy. Staff in building extremely polite and helpful. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Naomi, December 2022: My stay was amazing! Very safe area, when I arrived the place was spotless. The host, Domirental property management team in Santo Domingo was very helpful and the building staff/security were extremely helpful and nice. I will book again in the future!
