You can cancel your reservation at any time. If this occurs more than one months before the start of the stay, the deposit paid will be refunded after deduction of the service fees. If it occurs within 30 days of the start of your stay, 40 % of the deposit paid at the date of the cancelation will not be refunded. If it occurs within 8 days of the start of your stay, the deposit paid at the date of the cancelation will not be refunded. We advise you to subscribe your own cancellation policy. If you do not show up at check in within 24 hours, your reservation will be considered canceled and the deposit paid will not be refunded.

> 8 days and < 30 days before check in, deposit is refunded minus 40 %

- The person who books the apartment must be the person who pays, this person must be present at check in and during the stay unless special written agreement between us, identity control will be done.
- Visitors allowed in the apartment and social area with agreement of the host, they have to be registered at least 24 hours before visit.
- Guest have a credit of 45 kw/h of electricity per day included in the price, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD).

- For monthly rental guests have to pay their consumption of electricity prepayment deposit of 300 USD has to be paid separately before check in.
- Due to allergies we are unable to host animals
- This apartment is in a gated and guarded community and identity documents are required to register guests and visitors.
