Guest access: Entire apartment, pool of the residence and the wonderful Bavaro beach at less then 100 meters accessible in 2 minutes with private entrance.
Neighborhood: Residence almost on the Bavaro beach, 2 mn walking, 2/3 mn walking to restaurants, groceries and shopping of Plaza turquesa, no need a car. A few mn driving to other malls, included San Juan and Down Town center both with Supermarket.

We can manage your transportation from the airport 35 USD each way, we will provide a guide book with our recommendations , shopping, breakfast, restaurants, rental car, eco tour etc… and a contact to organize your excursions and adventures. We have also an excellent Chef who can provide breakfast or diner for at least 4 people, this service is on demand only and will be charge separately by the Chef.

- Visitors allowed in the apartment and social area with agreement of the host, they have to be registered at least 24 hours before visit.
- Guest have a credit of 30 kw/h of electricity per day included in the price, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD).

- For monthly rental guests have to pay their consumption of electricity prepayment deposit of 150 USD has to be paid separately before check in.
