It’s also very convenient for people coming for business as you will be close to the main attractions and you will be able to relax after work by the pool or go to the gym.

Balcony with 2 chairs and table ideal for cocktail time or even dinner with a beautiful view on the pool and the yard. Kitchen well equipped. Enjoy the 2 pools of the residence with lounge chairs and umbrellas and the gym room for those who like to work out.
All-inclusive rate for short term rental!
For Short Term Rental the nightly price already covers average electricity consumption in a tropical climate ($0.34 USD/kWh), up to 15 kWh/day. Excessive consumption will be reviewed and charged.
By being mindful of energy use, you help us stay eco-friendly while enjoying a comfortable stay.
– For long term rental (from 28 nights) guests have to pay their consumption of electricity, deposit 150 USD see details in house rules.
We can manage your transportation from the airport 35 USD each way, we will provide a guide book with our recommendations , shopping, breakfast, restaurants, rental car, eco tour etc… and a contact to organize your excursions and adventures.
The two closest beach are Playa Bibijagua (5 kms 10 mn driving) and Pearl beach club (8 km 14 mn driving)

Cancelation policy Domirental
You can cancel your reservation at any time. If this occurs more than one months before the start of the stay, the deposit paid will be refunded after deduction of the service fees. If it occurs within 30 days of the start of your stay, 40 % of the deposit paid at the date of the cancelation will not be refunded. If it occurs within 8 days of the start of your stay, the deposit paid at the date of the cancelation will not be refunded. We advise you to subscribe your own cancellation policy. If you do not show up at check in within 24 hours, your reservation will be considered canceled and the deposit paid will not be refunded.

> 8 days and < 30 days before check in, deposit is refunded minus 40 %

- Only guests registered at booking and check in have access to the pool.
- Visitors allowed with agreement of the host only, resort gated and guarded
- Electricity consumption included: up to 15 kWh/day.
Please keep the A/C at 24°C (75°F) or higher and turn off lights and A/C when leaving. Excessive usage may be reviewed and charged. Thank you for helping us care for the environment!
- For Long Term Rental (from 28 nights) guests have to pay their consumption of electricity, deposit 150 USD to be paid by Airbnb payment request before check in. Consumption will be reviewed at check out and adjustment on deposit will be done.
- Due to allergies we are unable to host animals
-This apartment is in a gated and guarded community and identity documents (passport for non-residents) are required to register guests and visitors.
