Cancelation policy Domirental
You can cancel your reservation at any time. If this occurs more than one months before the start of the stay, the deposit paid will be refunded after deduction of the service fees. If it occurs within 30 days of the start of your stay, 40 % of the deposit paid at the date of the cancelation will not be refunded. If it occurs within 8 days of the start of your stay, the deposit paid at the date of the cancelation will not be refunded. We advise you to subscribe your own cancellation policy. If you do not show up at check in within 24 hours, your reservation will be considered canceled and the deposit paid will not be refunded.

1. Booking and Payment: The person who books the apartment must also be the person who pays. This individual must be present at check-in and remain on the property for the duration of the stay unless a special written agreement is made with us in advance.
2. Visitors Policy:
• Visitors are allowed in the apartment; however, the total number of guests and visitors combined must not exceed the apartment’s maximum capacity of six (6) people at any time.
• All visitors must be registered in the same manner as guests prior to check-in. For security reasons, we are unable to be flexible on this policy.
3. Electricity Consumption:
• Electricity consumption included: up to 45 kWh/day. Please keep the A/C at 24°C (75°F) or higher and turn off lights and A/C when leaving.
Excessive usage may be reviewed. Thank you for helping us care for the environment!
• For monthly rentals, guests must pay for the exact electricity consumption. A 500 USD deposit will be requested through Airbnb before check-in, with any remaining balance payable or refundable at the end of the stay via the same method.
4. Pets: Unfortunately, we are unable to host animals due to allergy concerns.
5. Security and Registration: This apartment is located in a gated and guarded condominium. As such, copies of valid identifications (passport for non-residents) is required before check in to register both guests and visitors.
