IS IT REQUIRED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT AND WHY?
You have to sign up before to book online,  you will receive an email with your user and password. Your account will help later to follow up your reservation. It’s also useful if you would like to add favorites listings in your account and come back to them later

HOW CAN I ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT A PROPERTY?
You have several ways, click on Chat online  icônes on the website and you will be in contact with a manager who will usually answer in a few minutes. You can also send a form of contact by email, you will get an answer in the next 12 hours.

HOW TO SEARCH A HOLIDAY RENTAL?
Search the homepage by filling in at least the destination you are interested in and the dates.
You can then refine your search using the proposed ads and the map that allows you to locate the properties.

HOW TO PUT A LISTING IN FAVORITES?
Click on the heart that appears on the picture of the ad, you can then find the ad in your account.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY FAVORITE LISTINGS?
Log in to your account then click on “My FAVORITES”.

HOW TO BOOK A PROPERTY ?
When you open a page of a listing that you want to book, click on “INSTANT BOOK”, then follow the instructions. :

HOW TO EDIT MY PROFILE?
You can edit your profile from the “My Profile” menu when you log in to your account.

ON THIS WEBSITE IS THERE DOUBTFUL LISTINGS?
Do not worry, there is no scams on this site. All properties are verified by our Vacation Rentals Managers who are in constant contact with the owners

HOW TO PAY MY BOOKING SECURELY?
You can pay securely the amount of your booking directly on the site by debit, credit card or Paypal. If you would like to pay by transfer, you will be offered to contact our services directly. In this case, your reservation will be effective once we will get confirmation of your transfer. Your listing will be blocked for you for 24 hours in order to give you time to complete the formalities.

WHEN COULD I CONTACT THE OWNER ABOUT MY RESERVATION?
You will be able to get in touch with the owners after your reservation becomes effective and after you will receive the arrival instructions.

You have secure messaging accessible from your account, you just have to “Login”

HOW TO FIND THE LISTING THAT I BOOKED?
Log in to your account, in your menu find “my reservations”.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION?
We invite you to contact us directly via our secure messaging.

WHERE TO FIND MY BOOKING REFERENCE?
To find the reference of your reservation, go to the summary of your stay available in the “My Reservations” section of your account.

CAN I PAY IN TWO TIMES ?
Yes we invite you to contact us directly via our secure messaging. If your reservation is made more then 60 days in advance, a payment of 40 % plus registration fees will be required. If your reservation is made less than 2 months in advance you will have to pay the entire booking amount, in this case just click on  “INSTANT BOOKING” on the ad you have chosen and follow the payment instructions.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING CANCELLATION?
You can cancel your reservation at any time. If this occurs more than two months before the start of the stay, the deposit paid will be refunded after deduction of the service and convenience fees. If it occurs within 60 days of the start of your stay, the deposit paid at the date of the cancelation will not be refunded. We advise you to subscribe to your own cancellation insurance. If you do not show up at check-in within 24 hours, your reservation will be considered canceled and the deposit paid will not be refunded.
