Other Rules- The person who books the apartment must be the person who pays, this person must be present at check in and during the stay unless special written agreement between us, identity control will be done.
- Visitors allowed in the apartment and social area with agreement of the host, they have to be registered at least 24 hours before visit.
- Guest have a credit of 30 kw/h of electricity per day included in the price, any consumption exceeding this level will be charged at 18.20 pesos per kw/h (0.34 USD).

🌎 No A/C running with windows open.
- For monthly rental guests have to pay their consumption of electricity prepayment deposit of 150 USD has to be paid separately before check in.

Markus, March 2023: I stayed 2 months in this apartment. I can fully recommend it for a longer stay. It is fully equipped with everything you need. It was very clean. The social area had a rooftop pool and a functional gym room which I used quite often. Host was very helpful with any question I had and supportive with any problem. If you want to stay centrally in Santo Domingo but want to stay out of the colonial part, this is the place to stay.

The social area had a rooftop pool and a functional gym room which I used quite often. Domirental property management team in Santo Domingo was very helpful with any question I had and supportive with any problem. If you want to stay centrally in Santo Domingo but want to stay out of the colonial part, this is the place to stay.
