HOW TO PUBLISH MY AD ?
The best is to open your account by clicking on Sign up at the top right of the homepage. Once your account open, log in to your account, click on your profile and open the menu. Then click on “Add new listing”. Once in the menu just follow the instructions to create step by step your listing. You can also click on Submit Property on the home page but only using a computer. To submit a property on a mobile, you have to login first then clic on new property and follow step by step the user menu.

HOW MUCH DOES AN AD COST?
The publication of a listing is free, just the bookings are charged (pay per booking). The costs are covered 50/50% by the tenant and the owner, so 4.5 % of the rental income for the owner and 4.5 % for the tenant. This is the cost of the website itself, it will help us to maintain and develop the website. Any other property management contract signed with our property management services has to be paid separately.

HOW TO CREATE A SEASONAL RATE?
To create a seasonal rate, go to the “My LISTINGS” menu, click on “EDIT PROPERTY” on the bottom left menu of your ad and click on “Price”. Click on the dates of the calendar to open an input form “Custom Price”. The calendar rate section allows you to set specific rates for certain periods of the year.

WHEN MY AD WILL BE ONLINE ?
Your ad will be visible by potential tenants within a period of up to 48 hours after the end of the ad creation. The time by our service to ensure that the ad is ready to be online and everything is done to accommodate tenants in the best conditions.

HOW TO RESPOND TO TENANTS REQUESTS?
We take care of answering all requests from tenants. Once the reservation made, we send them the arrival instructions, inform you then you just have to host them on site. We also take care of publication on other platforms, check-in, check out, cleaning and maintenance if you have signed a property management contract with us (see our offers in the OWNERS page).

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS OR PASSWORD?
To change your details, log in to your account and go to the menu “My Profile”.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?
To reset your password, click on the link «Forgot password?” in the “LOGIN” section. After entering your email address, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

HOW TO EDIT MY AD AND MAKE CHANGES ?
To edit your listing, log in to your account then click on the “My listings” menu, then click on “Edit Property”, go on the User menu to navigate and make your changes.  They will be visible in a few hours,

HOW TO BLOCK DATES ON MY CALENDAR FOR PERIODS THAT I DO NOT RENT?
Click on “Calendar” in the listing menu. You can then add an “unavailable” period.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE PAYMENTS FOR MY BOOKINGS?
A few days after the beginning of the tenant stay or at the beginning of the following month if you have a property management contract with us.
